What do you do? I'm a childrens unisex clothing designer and creator. Each item you see either on our social media or website is designed, made, packed and posted by myself. All of our items are unisex so all are welcome to join the menace society!!

Top tip for someone who wants to start a business ’Just Go For It' if its something you have a passion for and truly love doing then don't let anything or anyone stop you from achieve the visions and the goals you have. When I first started little menace I was so worried about what people would think, if anyone would like my designs and if I would actually sell anything, but sometimes you have to take these risks and just go for it. After all we only regret the chances we never took.

Your must have app for business? The main apps that I use as a small shop are... Instagram, this is my main social media platform, VSCO is a great photo and content editing app, I also like to use an app called Preview this allows me to plan out my Instagram posts and see them before I post them live and lastly would be Wordswag this is a text and font app you can use to create little quotes or text onto pictures and backgrounds of your choice.

The best thing about being self employed?

There are so many things I could list but for me its the time freedom. Being a mum to a 4 year old and going back to work as an admin manager when he was just 8 months old was so hard. Missing so many things not being able to just do what we wanted when we wanted to and always having to do everything around a rota. But now I work my business around Parker and never miss the special little things.

The hardest thing about being self employed

There are also cons to being self employed and the main one would be you aren't guaranteed an income, you have to put in the work, build your brand, engage with new people and be willing to go outside your comfort zone if you want to have a successful business.

How do you stay motivated?

My main motivation is Parker and giving him the best life. But I am huge on self development. I read at least 30 minutes each day, I'm currently reading 'Rich dad poor dad' for anyone that hasn't heard of it is a money mindset book. I also have a few motivational speakers I like to listen to a few of these are - Gary V - Eric Thomas - Tony Robbins
